Welcome to the Wayne Highlands School District website. It is a tremendous honor to serve as Superintendent of Schools. I am proud of our district’s long-standing reputation for academic excellence and the wide range of extra- and co-curricular opportunities we provide. Our students remain our top priority, and as a school community, we take great pride in giving them our very best.
We are dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment that empowers all students to reach their fullest potential. In a strong community, everyone contributes in meaningful ways, and I deeply appreciate the commitment of our board, teachers, staff, and students. With the partnership of our families and the broader community, we have built a foundation of support that allows our students to grow, thrive, and pursue their aspirations. I encourage each of you to remain an active advocate in your child’s education.
Throughout my decades in public education, I have learned that building meaningful relationships, embracing simplicity, and maintaining a clear focus on our mission are cornerstones to lasting success. Fostering a growth mindset—among both students and adults—continues to strengthen the positive, high-performing culture we value at Wayne Highlands.
